I was recently here at the launch event of luxury offerings by fabelle , primarily divided into ganache, elements & as you like it mini chocolate cup creations

If you’re aware, Working with chocolates can be very startling . a million things can go wrong , from overheating to moisture seizing . And Ganache ? it can fail even in the hands of a master ! But so not happening here ! The extensive research for over a decade & authentic exquisite ingredients sourced from the most parts of the world, the whole experience of buying these chocolates is spectacular . You’d feel like lingering, trying everything while you decide what to buy . 




Starting with the #GANACHE, available in creamy milk & rich dark. The emphasis is on its melt in the mouth texture- each velvety square has a rich layer of cocoa powder that helps transform its texture from toffee like to ganache mushy mousse within seconds. 
Its worth noting that fabelle places a clear notion on packaging – All fabelle boxes, are encased in a thermal bag including a frozen gel packet . As the fresh cream content makes fabelle ganache extremely temperature sensitive.

& then you eat with your mouth. Exclusively made keeping in mind flavours that appeal to different sun signs. All the sensory components , the texture of the centre – whether its DARK MOUSSE in EARTH Praline : AERATED MOUSSE in AIR Praline : ACACIA NECTER & FRENCH SEA SALT in WATER Praline : CINNAMON & COFFEE in WOOD Praline or WHITE MOUSSE infused with ANCHO CHILLI & CANDIED MANGO in FIRE Praline- perfectly complement the texture of the outer chocolate shell & vice versa. 
The taste of all components posses great harmony & balance . Chocolate so smooth & creamy that it simply glides down your throat, but not before treating your gustatory sensors to an explosion of flavours. 

Although I’m of Fire zodiac but WATER Praline was my favourite from the lot ! The saltiness of the french sea salt juxtaposed with the dark chocolate mousse & acacia nectar adding to the charm, makes for a very unusual taste that leaves you wanting for more ! 



#AS YOU LIKE IT, personalised chocolate cup creations. This one comes with more options than one can handle, hence the name . the variety includes, triple chocolate cup , macchiato chocolate cup, minty dark , sweet & salt chocolate cup, crème & caramel chocolate cup . Loaded enough for you ? We also had a little DIY wherein we made our own creations . totally recommended ! trust me, you won’t stop at one. 

From more exquisite menu , I devoured,

You bite into firm piece & seconds later your whole mouth is filled with luscious thick liquid , sensuous aromas from the notes of toffee , vanilla & coconut and the sublime taste of banana cream on thin hazelnut crisps! Its beyond amazing! Non chocolate lovers (if you exist), surrender your convert ! 😛


Strong cocoa notes & cream of madagascar vanilla , sinfully decadent & simply exquisite. A wholesome bar , split into dark & milk chocolate . sprinkled with generous portion of nuts- yum!

#WHITE CHOCOLATE CHEESE CAKE JAR (Not Pictured) – If you like berries in your cheesecake, then this one is for you! it has a fluffy consistency & is made with philadelphia cream cheese & white chocolate with berry coulis! I don’t know about you , but I love my white chocolate equally like how i love my dark nibs ! it was a delight. 

#ÉCLAIR VENEZUELA -This rich entry comes with a spongy cake base that is infused with venezuelan chocolate (72% cocoa), spiked with caramel notes of dulcey cream. Most spectacular looking dessert on our table but the base was dry for my liking ! The only glitch from the evening !

#SMORES CHOCOLATE MILK ghana milk chocolate with flame charred marshmallows was delectable , as were #MILK COCOA with pistachio almond nougat chunks in hot chocolate & for enthusiasts like myself, dark chocolate hot cuppa will always hit the right spot !


Saving the best for the last! #CHOCOLATE FLOWER , The whole theatre behind this masterpiece is phenomenal. Patisserie chef Shreyashi did a fabuluous job of handcrafting it right in front of us & showcasing what goes in delivering the art ! I’m in #LOVE ! { Believe when I say Love }
Its a showstopper of a dessert which made everybody coo in amazement by its hypnotic visuals & mouthwatering contents that has made even the internet gripped ! And indeed the moment of truth- the melting – when the dome began to fall in & the contrast of pistachio cream & raspberry confit with dark chocolate peeped through , it looked brilliant ! #must experience #must order 


The service was flawless & Very knowledgeable, polished staff who unhesitatingly offer you samples & are adept at describing their flavours & composition & are also great at making suggestions catering to your preferences . 
Good quality coupled with finesse is their forte. Whatever you choose, be assured the fare will be delicious , hearty & comforting ! 
And yes! they deliver across Delhi and NCR .
