Made with whole lot of love and minimal ingredients, but surely does taste finger licking good! & looks a hell of a stunner tooπŸ˜› meat lovers would definitely start salivating with just a mere thought of this beauty !!

so, here’s the less complicated recipe variant ! to get you started!
Any question, doubts, and comments are welcomed belowπŸ˜€

Bon appΓ©tit!

Prep time – 30 min
Cooking time – 30 min

Calories- 294

INGREDIENTS:

* 1 kg chicken
* Yogurt
* Shan meat masala- 1packet/kg
* Salt to taste,
* Fried onions (1 big onion or 2 medium, sliced)
* Ginger, garlic & green chillies (freshly pounded)
* water, as needed.

Now cookπŸ˜›

Start by heating a wok with some refined oil & flash frying chicken pieces! I prefer chicken on bone, you may use boneless too

*flash frying is quickly browning the chicken pieces, to seal !

Take them out & let sit till needed.

Pound the fresh aromats, need be, ginger, garlic cloves, green chillies! And add it to the same oil we flash fried our chicken pieces in! Stir!

add chicken pieces back in! and give it a good mix!

Now, fry onions, till brown golden & caramelised . drain on kitchen towel & let cool. * for 1 kg chicken, I used two medium onions.

Then! pound these. You can avoid the mess by blending them in a mixer.!

Add to the chicken mix & stir well  ** this is basically used to give gravy a deeper color & depth in flavourful characteristics !!

Pour curd! & stir it gently! **Notice that the curd is thick & you should use the same type. Generally, curd gets split but using thick yogurt, certainly helps ! but even if yours get split , don’t panic! cos it causes no alteration in taste .

Season with salt to taste! & mix

Now its time to add korma masala to our chicken mixture! Quantity used- 1 packet/ 1kg

Simmer & cook on medium heat till oil separates!

You see that dose of luscious colorπŸ˜›

Pour water, if you can use hot water, that will be even better. Stir! and simmer again to a boil !

TadaπŸ˜€ its ready to be served !

No garnishes requiredπŸ˜› just hog !
