Out of all the cuisines that I love, Italian tops it all for me! Yes, I am a butter chicken loving punjabi but I love me some La Pizza any day.

And Its all about the unforgettable Last night that we had at Artusi ristorante e bar & it’s simply mandates a visit!

The passion and professionalism of the chef Carlo and staff combine to offer diners a unique culinary experience. Unique in the true sense of the word : each course is prepared with a care that borders on obsession, from the selection of ingredients to the pairing with the very best wine labels!
The biggest problem you’ll have here, other than scoring a free table, is picking a favourite!

The elegant environment sets the stage for courses to follow that consistently exceeds expectations!
The antipasti of quiche with cheese oozing core and smoothest chicken liver pâté was perfect to pace yourself through courses of elevated main plates, cooked to perfection.

Stamping out a bewildering array of shapes and combinations with pasta, I must say no matter what you pick, would be the unquestionable highlight of the meal and most likely to cause insta- snapping swoons.
I struggled to pick out a favourite between fragrant bowls of starches. The house made pappardelle in unctuous tomato chicken ragout was a rich contender and obsessive cacio e pepe- was another. Both winning and refreshingly consistent, as I said, you’ll be happy with what you get.

The attention to detail renders even the most straightforward preparation- like grilled chicken in mushroom sauce with a side of veggies- stunning in their simplicity and the flavours are deep and layered.

Dessert deserves a visit in its own right with just fancy enough tiramisu and panacotta , both were so amazing that they were finished in no time and could fetch the envy of Italian nonna! We bet!

I say Dinner in this restaurant consists of carefully scripted experiences more than dishes; elegantly put together for a sublime experience, rounded off to perfection with espresso!

Also, The service was phenomenal! our server Mr. Subir was fantastic who took the time to explain all the dishes and was super attentive to our palettes, and general manager Mr. Prabhakar deserve an honourable Mention who kept ensuring we are enjoying the evening. Thank you!

I’m a fan! And will be back, back a thousand times more.

And you owe it to yourself to book a reservation. Honestly. Just Do it!

OMG! These pics made me hungry and I was drooling as I read. If a restaurant is striving to offer experiences and not just food then they have nailed the business.

Artusi Ristorante, the name itself intrigues. Lovely post n ur narrative compels the reader to give this restaurant a try. However being in Mumbai, I will have to wait for my Delhi visit.
